SCSBDA Contract for 26-27
We have reached tentative agreement on the salary increases for 26-27 and some changes to Articles 9 & 10 to mirror changes we had already made in full book negotiations. In this reopener year we settled on a 2.5% increase for all returning employees. New hires would remain on their entry level. In the
you can see the changes reflected in Appendix A – for placement and Appendix D – for salaries. There is no level movement this year, just the 2.5% increase to the base pay. Chonta Henderson, SCSBDA President said, “We spent our time preparing for negotiating so when we sat down with the District we were able to reach a tentative agreement. The contract with the changes will be available soon and shortly after that we will hold ratification at each of the transportation hubs. Please check your email for updates and voting dates.”
